A:AnswerIf you'd like to use two Bass Modules, they will need to be connected wirelessly to work correctly. Only a single Bass Module is designed to be connected via the 3.5mm connection.
A:AnswerI’m not sure why it has static but the one I bought also had static. I noticed the static in mine was because the power cord connector into the box was loose and when I pushed the cord in and held it in place the static stopped. So I took it back to Best Buy and explained the problem. Because the woofer was still under the 90 days from purchase date I was able to return it in exchange for another one. It’s looking to be that maybe that model type woofers are defective. I would say go to the store and exchange it.
A:AnswerThis is not compatible with the Companion 2 Series III speakers. Those speakers are not able to be connected to a separate Bass Module/Subwoofer.
A:AnswerWe're not able to ensure compatibility with third party devices. Please do not plug in non Bose devices to the Bass port on the Soundbar. Refer to the user manual for the Bass Shakers to ensure they are setup correctly.
A:AnswerThis must be a common problem. I have the same one and have had it since I bought the thing. Thought it was causing something else to rattle so I did the move it around thing. No luck. By the time I got done checking things out the warranty was expired. When it didn't rattle it was great but I eventually just turn it off because it was so irritating. I tried it both wired and wireless. Seems Best Buy also had sold me one from a package, not a stand alone.
A:AnswerYes, you will require to connect to your home WiFi network. If you do not want to connect these wirelessly, connect the bass module to your Soundbar with a 3.5mm - 3.5mm cable.
