You must buy the Bose subwoofer made for this sound bar, other subwoofers won’t work with it easily. Of course you could run the sound output from the tv through a receiver, that has a sub out, and then to the sound bar, but [the bass] might not sound as good since it won’t have Bose’s sound processing. I would recommend buying the wireless Bose subwoofer made for this speaker, however it’s not the only way.
