Since these are wireless earbuds, and most pulse measurements are taken from the wrist, there isn't an actual hardware part that touches your ear. There are different sizes of inserts that are not able to get accurate pulse measurements due to the nature of the device. I would recommend a Samsung Smart Watch or a Fitbit for that.
