A:AnswerHello Kevin. Thank you for your question. It sounds like you are trying to connect a Bluetooth speaker to the Wave system wirelessly. While the Wave system does support Bluetooth, it is a Bluetooth receiver only so it cannot transmit audio to another device such as a Bluetooth speaker. The Wave SoundTouch IV does have WiFi though, which allows you to connect wirelessly to all of your SoundTouch products and control them from the SoundTouch app on your smartphone, tablet, or computer.
A:AnswerHello Marcia. Great question. While the Wave system does have an AUX input on the back that you could use to connect other devices, including a microphone if it had the right connections, it's not ideal for a public address system. For that, we would recommend something like our L1 Compact system which is a small portable public address system. Thanks!
A:AnswerYou can connect these two through Bluetooth. We'd be happy to help if you'd like to give us a call. You can reach us at 1-800-379-2073 and we'll walk you through it in a matter of minutes. We are open from Mon. – Fri., 9 AM – 9 PM and on Sat., 9 AM – 7 PM ET.
A:AnswerThe Wave SoundTouch IV has a 220v version which may be purchased in the UK. We suggest purchasing it there so the radio station tuner spacing is correct. The SoundTouch 10 and the SoundTouch 20III are signal sensing and may be used in the US or in Europe.
A:AnswerThanks for your questions. I have good news, auxiliary rebroadcast and SiriusXM support are coming in the near future via software updates. There are other updates coming as well. You can read the article about the announcement here: http://bit.ly/1MKQKVP
The wireless protocol used with the series III systems is 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth. As for your music library on the PC, this can be added thought the soundtouch app to help eliminate the need for airplay. More info on that can be found here: http://bit.ly/1J6y0Ax
