Even worse they won’t even price match their own price. Spent over and hour and 25 minutes on the phone for them to put me on hold and the hang up. Unbelievable

Terrible customer service. Tried to get a price match cause dickssportinggoods had them instock in store! CS rep Edward Cullen told me he cannot price match because the item was not available to be shipped!! I asked where it says that in policy. He linked me to thr policy and said it's in there. I read it and it wasnt so i told him to show me where. He looked then said its not in there but he talked to his "supervisor" and that was their policy. Then he disconnected the chat which didnt allow me to rate his poor performance.

When you see $200 read the fine print it is typically for ONE dumbell. They are the deceptive one who buys one dumbell but a dumbell...

Bestbuy will match their own price. Few Exceptions such as Flash Sale; Deal of the day kind of thing but in that case, go to the store, individual employees dont care.
