• A:Answer The Breville® BOV860 Smart Oven® Air Fryer does not shut off completely though it will go into a stand by mode. To completely remove all power, the oven will need to be unplugged.

• A:Answer While not Teflon, which is a brand name, we do use a non-stick coating on the oven walls. Our coating does have PTFE, but is not made with PFOA.

• A:Answer it is not recommended that the racks and crumb tray of the Breville® BOV860 Smart Oven® Air Fryer be washed in the dishwasher as the detergents can drastically reduce the life span of them.
