A:AnswerI never had a problem with my Breville ovens glass door. This is my second one and the last older one I had, I sold to another person and that one was also in great condition after owning for 10 years.
A:AnswerYes, you may use the oven on a wooden countertop. The areas that heat up the most are the upper sides and back as well as the top of the oven. The bottom of the oven stays relatively cool, and well ventilated due to the foot height of the appliance.
A:AnswerAbsolutely. Just please make sure the glass is made to withstand an oven. If it’s Pyrex brand you are fine. This does come with 2 stainless steel racks as well as an air fryer basket (large), a pizza pan, bake pan and crumb tray that slides on the bottom of the oven. I just used my more delicate ceramic casserole dish and it did excellent. No problems.
A:AnswerDepending on what is on the sides, I would say you’ll be fine. I have my utensil caddy within 4” of it and it (and the utensils) are never hot.
A:AnswerThere shouldn't be any additional plugs other than the one for power. If further questions arise, please feel free to send us an email at [email protected] or call us at 866-273-8455. We'll be happy to help you from there.
