A:AnswerI can’t answer that question offhand but I believe the Breville website can assist. I’m 5’2 and was able to bring in the machine for several steps and place it on the counter. It’s not light for someone like me but may be different for another — I could lift it because I work out. I do highly recommend this particular Breville, it is compact and the soft close is ideal.
A:AnswerAre you sure that it’s “seated” on the ring and that the ring is set correctly? Otherwise I don’t think there’s anything else that would cause it not to turn.
