- Answer No undermount because the oven technology creates heat for 4" on each side of the appliance so an undermount would damage the wood above.

- Answer I don't notice a temperature change in the room while using the Mini Smart Oven. Personally, whole fish might be too messy and get splatters on the quartz elements when broiling, I haven't tried it.

- Answer The Breville Smart Oven Pro has 5 heating elements -- 3 at top, 2 at bottom. Function selection (ie, toast, roast, bake etc.) will dictate which elements, and how many, are engaged.

- Answer I don't ever use foil for baking a russet potatoes. I rub with peanut oil and poke a few holes through the skin with a fork. Baking time is 50-75 minutes depending on the size. I've baked Yukon Gold potatoes the same way. I haven't baked white potatoes.

QuestionIs it normal to make a clicking sound every 10 or 15 seconds. Doesn’t click at first, once element gets red and then element goes dim it clicks, clicks and clicks. Element does not come back on when it’s clicking.
