A:Answer Hi there! If the light turns on at the switch, but not via the Google Home app or Google Voice Assistant, this means your Google Home device most likely dropped the connection to the bulb. The bulb will need to be reset in order for it to be paired again to your Google Home device. The reset process is 8 seconds on, 2 seconds off (repeat 5x or more until you see the bulb flash.) If you are unable to reset the bulb, please make sure you're not using a three-way lamp to reset the bulb and that you are not counting too slow or too fast.
