• A:Answer Thanks for checking with us. This is a beautiful model, but it doesn't have a warming drawer. The drawer is specifically for storage. We do have model C2900P2MS1 that does have a warming drawer if you'd like to review the details. Joyce@CafeAppliances

• A:Answer There are select features that require a one-time WiFi connection to our SmartHQ app to add the features to the range. These include No PreHeat Air Fry, Convection Broil and Specialty Cooking Modes like Frozen Snacks, Frozen Pizza, and Frozen Baked Goods. There are additional specialty features that require a constant connection to be able to use. These include scan-to-cook, meat probe, precision cooking modes and more. The basic oven functions like Bake and Broil will function fine without connecting. We do recommend connecting to your WiFi occasionally to ensure you receive any over-the-air updates that may add new features or optimize cooking performance.

Q: QuestionCGS700P2MS1 - Height shows 37.37", is that with screw adj legs all the way down and measured to the top of the grills? On the depth is states 29.38", is that from back to the tip of the handles or without handles in this measurement.

Q: QuestionHow low or how many BTU can each burner simmer at? 1,000 BTU, 1,200 BTU, or something higher? Also, what is the BTU output of the oven and BTU output of the broiler?

• A:Answer Hey there - thanks for reaching out about this beautiful Café Gas Convection Range! We don't publish the low BTUs rating of burners because it doesn't give you a true indication of the flexibility of the burner - the temperature is listed to give a better understanding. -- The versatile tri-ring burner on your Cafe range can go from gently melting butter or gradually reducing a sauce with its 140 degree simmer to quickly boiling with up to 21,000 BTUs of power. The PowerBoil’s 15,000 BTUs provide high heat for fast boiling and will simmer at 180 degrees. The two center burners provide 9,500 BTUs and reduce to 150 degrees. The Precise Simmer burner turns down to a very low 140 degrees for warming foods, melting butter or chocolate or making delicate sauces. • A:Answer Hi there - that’s a great question! This stunning Café Gas Range does have a “Lock Controls” feature which locks out the oven control panel so that pressing the pads does not activate the electronic controls. However, this will not keep you from using surface burners that are controlled by knobs. -- To activate: Press the Lock Controls pad for three seconds to lock or unlock the control.
