We regret any inconvenience this may cause. • A:Answer Hi there - thanks for connecting with us! You will only hear a fan noise while using this range's cooktop if the internal cooling fan automatically turns on. It is normal for this cooling fan to automatically turn on and off in order to cool internal parts of the range (it may run after the oven is turned off). Additionally, it's also normal to hear a fan noise when the convection oven is on. The convection fan will operate during the preheat of the bake cycle and it will turn off after the oven is heated to the set temperature. This convection fan is also designed to operate intermittently to maximize cooking evenness. We hope you find this helpful. Be well, Kelsey@Café

Q: QuestionBoth ovens are not accurately reaching the designated temperature. The top oven is off by 50 degrees and the bottom is off by 100 degrees. Should I call for a technician to come and service it.

Firstly, we'd recommend making sure that your unit was installed properly and that its getting enough power. If the unit is not receiving enough power, then it would not be able to function as intended. This unit's electrical requirements are 208/240V 40 AMPS. If your unit was installed properly and you're still having these issues, we would recommend a service call. Be sure to take a look at the details of your warranty as they're stated on page 34 of your Owner's Manual. We hope that this helps and that you're staying safe. -Michael

Q: QuestionIs there a trim kit able to make the slide in look seamless on each side of the counters. Food falls between, I would like to avoid that. Even if it is a descending slope style because of the height.
