QuestionWhat is the exact size of the largest induction zone field? In other words, what is the maximum size skillet bottom that it would effectively heat edge to edge?

- Answer Hey there - we checked the information for this unit, and we can confirm that the largest element is the right front element with an 11" diameter. We recommend getting a pan that matches this size, but the minimum size acceptable is a pan with a 7" diameter. - Answer Hey there – we appreciate your question regarding this lovely electric induction convection range. Most cooking appliances are rated at 240 volt. The nominal voltage is 240 volt, but homes may have 208V, 220V, or 240V power supply. Any appliance that is rated for 240 volts and can also be used on a 220V or 208V outlet. We regret any inconvenience this may cause. QuestionBoth ovens are not accurately reaching the designated temperature. The top oven is off by 50 degrees and the bottom is off by 100 degrees. Should I call for a technician to come and service it.

Firstly, we'd recommend making sure that your unit was installed properly and that its getting enough power. If the unit is not receiving enough power, then it would not be able to function as intended. This unit's electrical requirements are 208/240V 40 AMPS. If your unit was installed properly and you're still having these issues, we would recommend a service call. Be sure to take a look at the details of your warranty as they're stated on page 34 of your Owner's Manual. We hope that this helps and that you're staying safe. -Michael

QuestionIs there a trim kit able to make the slide in look seamless on each side of the counters. Food falls between, I would like to avoid that. Even if it is a descending slope style because of the height.
