- Answer Uninstall your print driver thru setup. Turn your computer off and on again. Then go to the Canon website and download the specific printer app for this printer. Install it. Make sure you choose the usb setup when you do.

- Answer I don’t think so. The toner refills are number 137. I’ll attach a picture from Amazon showing. The top is the cannon toner. The second two are generics.
