- Answer Although browser based operating systems are not supported, the PIXMA MG3620 does support Google Cloud Print, allowing users to print from Gmail, Google Docs and other applications that are Cloud Print ready.

- Answer I'm not sure I understand your question. You should be able to print from your computer. If you are not able, try going to the Canon website for troubleshooting, or try reinstalling the drivers.
