QuestionI would like to keep the front closed up when not in use; does that mean taking the paper out every time or am I missing something?

- Answer Yes, you do have to remove the paper if you want to close the front drop down door. When the door is opened or dropped down, it becomes part of the "tray" that the paper is loaded onto.

- Answer I wish I could offer you some suggestions. We had difficulty as well connecting to our Apple laptops. It took multiple attempts to connect to one laptop. Still unable to connect to another laptop. I am not sure what was successful..... Sorry
