- Answer Pull open the front flap or back flap along the panels, and there should be a way for you to reach in and grab the paper.

- Answer Here are the steps on what to do during a paper jam. 1.Press the Power button to turn off the printer. 2.Press the button on top of the two-sided printing module and lower the access door. 3.Remove the jammed paper from the module. 4. Close the access door. 5. Restart printing
