A:AnswerThere's a panel on the front side that opens. This is above where paper goes in. Where you see the name Canon printed, there's a edge above it that you can pull back. This opens the panel so you can see the inside of the printer.
When you open it up, the ink cartridges are on this track that will move to a location to where you can remove and insert new ink cartridges. The color one goes on the left holder and the black one goes in the right holder.
