- Answer Although browser based operating systems are not supported, the PIXMA MG3620 does support Google Cloud Print.

- Answer I'm not sure I understand your question. You should be able to print from your computer. If you are not able, try going to the Canon website for troubleshooting, or try reinstalling the drivers.
