    • Answer Hello, thank you for your question. The myQ Video Keypad requires a Wi-Fi connection for first time setup. If your myQ Video Keypad is already set up and paired directly to a Chamberlain garage door opener, you will still be able to activate your garage door with the use of a previously created 4–8-digit PIN. However, you will be unable to stream/record video, view battery life, or make any changes to device settings until the Wi-Fi connection is restored.
