“Our oven makes a lot of noise. The motor sounds like it cycling on and off or rotating, even when not set to convection. Is this normal? I am thinking of returning it, it is that loud.”

• Sounds like yours is just as crappy as mine. Would be interested if you are ever able to get through on the phone to their "customer service?"
