“Hello. This oven does not seem to have a tight seal when closed..I close it all the way but when air frying I see air seeping out the top by the knobs..it seems to be cooking normal though..is this normal?”

• I don’t seem to be having this issue with mine. As well none of the control nobs get hot, so I’d say probably defective..
