• A:Answer No but the file of the video or snapshot will be saved in your SD card if you have it for a loop or set to voice (take picture) or (save that video) or something on that saying. Booklet goes into detail on that about how to setup. But no the video won't connect to your phone if out of service. But it will be on sd card file if the memory is large enough and the file is set to record in unless it's in loops(after a amount of loops has been reached it may overwrite the last first video/picture file.
