Please try again later.I don't know your board so I can't say definitely whether or not you would need to remove the heatsync However, my asus rog strict x570-i wouldn't fit the drive unless I removed the heatsync and my drive runs cool (never over 40c). My board does have active vrm cooling and a built in heat sync for the drive though so that helps. The heatsync adds about 3/8" to the height of the drive.

Please try again later.After looking at your motherboard online, the top NVME over the top PCIE x16 slot Should provide enough clearance (my MB/setup is identical) The lower NVME slot underneath the heat sink with fan blower, would require that you remove the heat sink already installed on the Corsair NVMe drive.
