A:AnswerCorsair is an extremely reliable and established brand with very VERY few reports of PSUs exploding. I would say it would be a perfectly safe purchase for you.
That said, if the power delivery from the wall is unstable or very dirty, no PSU would be impervious to that. It’s often advisable to purchase a UPS (universal power supply) with some type of power conditioning functionality. Cyberpower calls theirs “AVR” (automatic voltage regulation). APC calls it “Sine Wave”. Others have similar capability built in. What it means is that the power delivery is always active from the battery itself. This ensures the cleanest most consistent power delivery possible regardless of the source power (from the wall).
A:AnswerDepending on the rest of your system specs, 800w may be on the edge of sufficient. It is a good certified PSU, which helps. I’d say if your processor is a Ryzen 5800x or less or Intel i5 or less down to maybe 9000 series Intel, you’re probably safe power level wise.
Whether the plug will melt is mostly dependent on getting it plugged in as completely as possible.
A:AnswerI don't know of any RTX 3000 series cards that use a 12 pin GPU cables. Yours may actually use two 8 pins or a 8 pin with a 6 pin or maybe two 6 pins. If that is the case then yes it does. Just separate the extra two pins.
A:AnswerI am not certain nor would I bother risking frying your equipment to find out. If you need longer cables and have the space, just purchase some power cable extensions. They are pretty cheap.
A:AnswerHi Miro,
This PSU will not fit in that case since it is only able to accommodate SFX/ SFX-L PSUs. I suggest taking a look at our SF PSUs, which fits that case's PSU criteria. If you have any additional questions, we'd be happy to help: support.corsair.com

A:AnswerI just replaced the power supply in my 30L last night and this did fit.
That being said, it's a little too long and the metal cut out that holds the old PSU in place won't click in and the cables are a little thick so it wasn't easy to get the back panel back on but I was able to do so.
