QuestionIs the inside por supposed to be loose? It seems to move a lot inside the heat unit.

- Answer The inside does seem loose on mine, but has had no effect on cooking, however, I have recently had one of my recipes a little overflowed with juices and it runs into the gap Between the ceramic and the cooker. It is definitely something to be aware of. It drains right out Onto whatever surface area it's sitting on.

- Answer Yes, the crock pot itself (not the glass lid) can be put in the oven. The crock and the lid are dishwasher safe. The mini crock has to be hand washed and is a single unit so it cannot be put in the oven.

- Answer Yes it can be removed from the heating element container and moved to a serving area. Also I believe it could be put in the refrigerator as long it was cool enough at the time of course.

- Answer The "little dipper warmer" comes with the crock pot. It is just under 2 cups capacity, and has no timer or heat setting. It is designed for dips or sauces. Might be able to use it for a very small soup serving, but without temp or timing you'd have to experiment with that. We've had a crock pot for over 20 years, and have never used the warmer. Probably depends on your cuisine - just not useful for us.

- Answer Yes it does come with the lid, but it is very cheap. The only thing it would be good for is to prevent spatter coming out of the pot. It has absolutely no insulating qualities at all.

- Answer Unfortunately you can’t. If you are within the return policy (or if you bought the Geek Squad Protection) then you would have to bring the entire thing back in and get a replacement
