• Awesome hard boiled eggs - - use the little grill insert thing, arrange your eggs with about a cup of water in the bottom and set to steam for 8 minutes. After the 8 minutes it will keep your eggs warm while it naturally releases the pressure. 8 minutes is for super well done boiled eggs. If you like them a little softer in the middle, do less time. The shells peel off like a dream and leaving them in the unit on "keep warm" hasn't hurt any of the eggs we've made so far.

• You CAN cook eggs in this yes! Easiest way is 7 mins, manually release the pressure and then into an ice bath. You want to be on hand with these so they do not overcook and turn Grey.

• I don’t think you should boil eggs in it. It is a pressure cooker, so the temperature goes higher that is needed to boil eggs. You may not get the similar result as that of boiling eggs on a pan
