“How/what do you need to clean the oven safely. It says not to use oven cleaner. I am really disappointed in the instructions and not listing cleaning products.”

I use dish detergent. After each use I remove the pan on the bottom and wipe it clean and return it to its place. Sometimes just a damp paper towel will do the job
