“Is the Windows 11 OS safe enough to play Windows 10 OS games now? I know that in the beginning the OS had major issues, especially with crashing, things not working correctly, etc.”

I play a ton of different game and have not had a problem with windows 11. I really didn’t think I was going to like it but it is the best one yet. Good job windows.
