How good is the cooling system will it overheat? null

So far I've downloaded several large files simultaneously and ran Apex at mid-high levels. It has three very robust fans (plus a heat sink fan), plenty of vents, and a ton of interior room. I don't think overheating will be an issue unless you try to overclock.

It comes with a stock Cool masters air cooler it does work, but you are better off to upgrade to a AIO water Cooler.
