QuestionHow do I get the fans to light up? I have tried pressing the button on the top of the case, but it only changes the lights at the bottom. The fans stay dark.

- Answer Sounds like a loose cable are the fans working if so check the rgb controller wires.

- Answer Yes. It comes with a power cable. You'll need a cable to connect to a monitor (HDMI, DP, etc.)

QuestionWhat port should I plug my earbuds in to be able to give AND recieve audio? I have tried the three colored ports on the back, but one is for video, one recieves audio, and one gives audio. The ports on the top are the same (one gives and one recieves).

- Answer Well there is not a port for microphone AND headphones, there are adapters you can buy for very very cheap if needed.

- Answer There are two ports on the top of the computer for mic input and headphone/speaker input. If those do not work try the green port on the back of the pc for audio. If neither of the two work, it may be an issue with your audio device.

- Answer You can drop in a rtx 2070 but after that the power supply might be a issue. Also the cpu cooler is not that good either.

QuestionHI, I just bought this for my son as his first gaming computer and two of the fans do not light up, and his gaming headset does not fit the ports. The headset plug goes in part way, but not completely. It seems to be the correct size, but does not work.

- Answer The headphone jacks are on the back (dual green/pink), not the ones on top, like I thought as well. The fans should light up, but as it states on the box, some things may come undone. There is a small black button by the power button that is the light controller for the fans that may be able to cycle it.

- Answer Take off the side of the case that isn't transparent, and look for the led cables. Chances are that they aren't plugged in.

- Answer I'll recommend getting a 144fps since I think there's a lot of difference between 60 and 144hz, you can get above 144 fps in most of the games.

QuestionHow many monitors can i plug in with hdm and vga, and does the vga vs hdmi because im going to be streaming and recording so having a second monitor is good so does it have 2 dmi ports or 1 and does it have a vga port? thank you

- Answer There should be a small button after the USB slots on top of the case . Just press it and it shod circulate the color and fans.
