  • QuestionHi, What PSU comes with this? is it adequate I heard this system has overheating issues, this is already a pricey prebuilt I don't want to spend much after purchasing this right away. preciate the help

    • Answer This PC has an Apevia prestige 600 watt 80+ gold power supply its less than the absolute minimum for this pc, AMD recommends at least a 650 watt power supply for the Rx 6700xt and you cant overclock with the motherboard in this pc (b550m-hdv) so you would have to replace those with new ones for around 300 or 400 dollars.this pc does have overheating issues because of the side panel it turns the pc into a sauna you will see temps in the 80s when playing cod coldwar or warzone when you take off the side panel the temperatures reduce to an acceptable level. if you want to keep the side panel on while playing you have to buy another set of case fans for the pc and you would have to buy fan power splitters for the motherboard because there are only two slots left for case fans (you would have to set the top case fans to exhaust. (P.S) graphics card can boost while in-game to its rated specs because the power supply is too week and if you try to force it to get it to its rated specs the game will crash within 2 minutes and you will have to restart the pc by unplugging the power cord. So if you want to spend an extra 400 dollars extra get this pc.

  • QuestionCan you add more fans to help the cooling, like the CORSAIR - LL Series 120mm Case Cooling Fan Kit with RGB lighting?

    • Answer Yes you can. There is one empty fan slot on the front and you could add 3 on the top. Keep in mind the front face fans that come in the case are not 4 pin and you cannot control them via the mobo. If this does not make sense do some research.

    • Answer Yes. There is only one NVME slot that is under the GPU but you can add 4ea. SATA drives. If none of this makes sense you need to research online.

  • QuestionThe front RGB and the liquid cooler aren’t working but the fans and stuff are what do I do? And where are the cords I gotta fix?

    • Answer The liquid cooling unit has two cords. One for power and one for RBG, same with the front fans. The power cords will be plugged into the PSU, if you don't know what a PSU is google it. The other cords coming from the fans are plugged into a little board, this is the RBG controller. You would have to play with all of this to see if it's working. Keep in mind the RBG on the fans and cooler are only controlled by the other button on top of the case. Only the CPU fan is controllable via bios FYI.

  • QuestionOf the two top audio jacks, I dont see any indication on the case which is mic in and which is headphone. I have a headset with a single 3.5mm jack that worked as audio and mic in on my alienware laptop but I cant get mic in to work on this machine.

    • Answer water can evaporate through the tubing, some AIO coolers are built to be user-refillable. Open-Loop liquid coolers, or coolers that you build from scratch, suggests that you'll have to empty the system and refill it with another coolant when needed
