A:AnswerIt should be able to RUN the game at low settings, but probably at 20-40 frames per second, which is pretty horrible for a gaming PC. AMD CPU AND GPU aren't really great for gaming. I would recommend an i7 intel processor and GTX 970 to completely enjoy Fallout 4 on high settings with 60 frames!

A:AnswerUnfortunately, it just barely meets the requirements for GTA 5; meeting the minimum requirements but not the recommended ones. It cannot run Black Ops 3 or Far Cry 4. You'll need to buy a newer computer for that, as all of the parts in this were made in 2013 or earlier; hence why it can run GTA 5 instead of Far Cry 4 or Black Ops 3. (It also can't run Fallout 4).
