I did have a good experience with the manufacturers customer service. Best Buy customer service and The Geek Squad people were not helpful, they kept telling me the Windows Activation Code was on the CD sleeve, the reality was that the activation code was on the side of the PC, on a sticker.
So my feedback is actually that the PC manufacturer was very helpful when I called on the phone; they helped me find the activation code which required scratching off some stuff to "reveal" the code. So, I got good service when I called the manufacturer, and the Best Buy people did not know enough tho help me, and they told me I would have to return the product to a Best Buy which would have been a huge hassle. So, I was really ticked off when I wrote the initial feedback. Sorry everybody.
So, now I do recommend this product. If I could delete my bad review and my negative answer I would delete them. Good luck! -Jeff
A:AnswerI can't say it would be the best series to use if want something that can also be upgraded over the next ten years because AMD will soon be discontinuing the current AMD FX line to introducing a new series of processors to replace the current AMD FX series processors. In comparison, AMD has been falling quite behind when compared to Intel's current consumer desktop processors. If your preference is towards AMD, then you may want to wait for their new series to be released which is currently scheduled for February/March 2017 otherwise the current line of Intel i5's & i7's will most likely run very well for the next ten years if you need to to purchase a PC now.
