- Answer All drivers was installed on mine. Might see if there’s an update. The gpu fans only spin when there is a load on it and gets up to temp. Totally normal.

QuestionIf i was to buy a 16gb set of ram for this computer(of the same brand and type) do i just pop them in whatever order i want? or does it have to be inserted a certain way or pattern? thank you.

- Answer Ram can only go on the DIMM slot in one way. Each will have a little gap by the pins. Attempt to match that gap with the notch on the DIMM slot. This will allow you to install the ram correctly, installing it wrong will damage the RAM. - Answer You can definitely upgrade the RAM. The graphics card is already pretty great. To upgrade it you'd need a higher budget than 300.

QuestionWhat wattage does the power supply come with?

- Answer It has a EVGA 450W power supply. I upgraded to a Corsair 750W power supply, because doing some research the 450W was just barely enough. The AMD RX 580 that's in it has a recommended power supply of 500W per the AMD website.

QuestionHello. I purchased this computer about a week ago. The other day I was trying to turn off the rgb lighting and accidentally pressed the reset button to the right of it and nothing happened. What does that button do? can it hurt my system?

Questiondoes this work with hp vr? I purchased this pc and bestbuy offered a bundle with hp vr. we tried to set-up the vr and we are having issues of not connecting to the controllers even if it shows that it is paired both. we had hp vr support help.

QuestionIf it does not come with a cd/dvd drive, how do I install windows with the disk?

- Answer Unfortunately you would have to buy an external cd drive but they are usually only 30 dollars but what you can do is look up how to make a usb windows installer and buy an oem windows key which is only about 25 dollars for a website that I personally have used called kinguin I will actually link how to do it below: https://youtu.be/SKbR6XT7fcA Kinguin: https://www.kinguin.net/category/22175/windows-10-home-oem-key/ All the kinguin site will do when you buy it is send you the windows activation code to your email and when you get to that stage of the installation you will just type it in.
