QuestionHow do I change the color settings for the rgb fans? It doesn’t give me the option and there is no button to change the colors

- Answer there is an application called ASRRGBLED thats under ASRock Utility. it should be running already when you boot into windows in the try by the clock. open it and you can control the Addressable RGB settings. Due note that this app may sometimes need to be closed for some games (IE Dead by Daylight and Fortnite) because the anti cheat programs will flag it and not let you play till you exit the rgb control app.

QuestionHi, I bought this pc just a few weeks ago and I've almost filled my SSD. It says it comes with 2tb of HDD, but I don't see it. I've looked in my drive management and it's not showing up. Is there supposed to be a 2tb HDD?

- Answer Hi I had this problem too. One of my HDD cables was a little loose I took off the Panel opposite of the glass and it’s in the bottom. The SDD is on top of the HDD. Just made sure cables were right and it worked.

QuestionIs asrock b550am gaming motherboards is good?

- Answer From what I've been able to find, it is basically a b450 motherboard with the pcie slots made to recognize 4.0 vs 3.0 firmware. It is a solid board and has decent features for a budget. You can get a better one, but it'll set you back a few hundred bucks.

- Answer Yes, it's 99% ready to go out of the box. What's the other 1%..... You need to open the side of the case with the window. It has two thumbscrews, then remove the shipping foam that protects the video card and other internal components while shipping. Put the window back on, then fire it up. I'd say my 'out of box' experience was pretty good.

QuestionBought this pc yesterday and it has the weakest wifi signal I've ever seen. On my home wifi I get 1 or 2 bars at best and it's really slow. With my phone's hotspot on top of the pc I get 2 but it won't connect. Any way to fix this? My last pc had no issue
