• It does come with a basic mouse & keyboard. However, you may want to upgrade them for gaming purposes.

• It does come with a keyboard and a mouse. I have not played any of the other games you mentioned but I have played GTA 5. It plays that game with no problems. I even have some of the mods that are processor intensive and it handles them with no problem.
