- Answer Hi Ken, yes, our C by GE bulbs do work with Alexa with the requirements of a C by GE smart hub. Once added to our app you'll need to add the C by GE skill on the Alexa app to finish the process. You will be able to create automations on our app or use the Alexa app to create routines whichever is best for you. QuestionWhy are my bulbs flickering when i turn it on? i changed my dimmer switch to a LED compatible dimmer and now it just short circuits the dimmer. i’m confused

- Answer Try resetting the bulbs and updating firmware if you have not already. Turn lights on , turn off a total 5 x. Then they will blink to reset. Once up and running, go to settings in the app and do a firmware update. You should also do a firmware update once or twice a week, ( no reset on bulbs, only firmware update).

- Answer Yes it has a dimmer on the app and has a bunch of different hues to which to choose and each one can be customized in brightness. Just the white light alone has maybe 10-12 hues. These are super cool bulbs. Just install the cync app. U may be able to see options before even adding devices to see what I'm talking about

- Answer I haven't tried it but I don't think you do. The app will need internet connectivity but you can get that with your phone's data.

- Answer You can control the lights over a 5g network once they're installed, but you cannot *install* the lights over a 5g wifi channel. You have to add and install each bulb while the bulb and your phone are connected to your 2g wifi channel.
