“Does C by GE -C-Start Wi-Fi Smart Dimmer Switch have dimmer memory so that the light comes on at the same level as when it was turned off? Or does it come on FULL BRIGHT? I normally run lights @ 75% don't like being hit with 100% every time turned on.”

• No when the lights are turned off, then on again the default setting is to 100% light.
