Mine won’t even format. I have called support and stated that my sd slot was defective after 1 an hour and 12 minutes on the phone with them trying to troubleshoot the problem. They advised me to return the defective product and get a replacement. I just purchased another one with a brand new sd card that is recommended for the camera and it still is giving me errors stating that the settings are not applied and when I try to format it, it just loads then does nothing. I believe the sd card is a gimmick so that you pay for the cloud storage fee every month. If anyone has this camera and their sd card works, please let me know because I feel these cameras don’t have a functioning sd slot. I couldn’t have received two of the same defects on totally different days from different retailers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check to make sure you have "motion detection" activated, the sensitivity tuned in, and the motion zones set in the app. It only records when it detects motion. You may need to walk or move in front of the camera to double check the settings.
