A:Answer During setup using my Android phone and Chrome browser, I had to go to Dlink tech support for help as then, about a month ago, setup, I was to learn, was compatible only with Internet Explorer browser, which I had available only on my laptop. So in my case, both my PC and my smart phone were required. And the smart phone Dlink app is limited in adjusting settings on the camera. Again in my case, to access advanced settings, I must go to my PC and use Internet Explorer browser.
