Hi Kim Thank you for your inquiry. Danby DAS120GBHWDB comes with a pre-charged line with R410-A refrigerant. Installation of this unit must be done by an HVAC technician. It has 5 years limited warranty on parts ONLY excluding labor. I have the owner's manual link available below for your reference.
