I paid over $800 and bought a new large capacity new 8TB HD replaced the old 4TB, I dropped on 6 Sep.21 so far I still waiting for, tracking is not detail like eBay or Amazon, but it’s ok, because I don’t have chose, I hope they did a good job thanks

As long as the hard drive is not corrupted they should be able to retrieve data no problems. Have her schedule an appointment, bring the computer and chat with a member.
