QuestionSwitching out hard drive with SSDI want to switch out the hard drive on this laptop with an SSD. Can someone give an example of an SSD which is compatible with this? Something Best Buy sells or any other store. Also, if instructions are available for the switching out, that would be great.

- Answer Any modern solid state drive will work fine with this product. Only restriction is that it has to be 7mm thick, which is a standard in today's SSD, but just look for the thickness nonetheless in the SSD specifications. Youtube instructions for removal, its very simple, remove all screwed on the bottom and un-clip the bottom cover around all 4 edges, you will see the HDD immediately remove 2 screws attached to the drive cage and additional 4 screws on each side to remove the HDD entirely. Installation is reverse steps.

- Answer Yes. You can't go wrong with a Wacom conductive stylus.

QuestionWhat security cable can be used with this?Anyone know the specifications on a security lock/cable that can be used with this? There is no "KENSINGTON" slot and the standard Kensington locks do not fit. The Best Buy rep I was talking to suggested I contact Dell but all they knew was to try to sell me a Kensington lock.

- Answer Get a reliable ASUS, Amped or Google On-Hub router. Bet you probably have a Cisco or Netgear router currently, lost causes IMHO.

- Answer That is a slightly older model with Windows 8.1 preinstalled. The hardware looks just about the same, maybe identical. This computer has Windows 10 preinstalled. Windows 10 definitely is the way to go. You could buy that model and then download Windows 10 or have the Tech Assistants at Best Buy do it but right now the price is the same so why bother?
