• Standard, you will want to replace with an SSD. I did, and the performance is astonishing.

• This harddrive is a standard 5400 rpm harddrive. I would really recommend upgrading it to an SSD. Takes a long time to load some files, but isnt bad overall. This is not a hybrid drive.
