• Yes. It's a windows 10 laptop. Any windows laptop can run flash games. You just have to install flash, which is free.

• YES! I play Farmville 2 all the time on my Dell 2-in-1 and it works just fine.

• This laptop (like all others) would require the installation of Shockwave Flash software to run flash-type games, such as Farmville 2. However, this Dell model would have no problem with downloading and running Shockwave Flash.
