Q: QuestionBought a new Chromebook. The "Tap touchpad sensitivity" was extremely high. Didn't find a way to reduce it. Set the "enable tap to click" to OFF The computer works fine now.

• A:Answer I'm not very tech savvy, but so far mine has worked pretty well. I recently purchased on sale and already have multiple apps downloaded. I have had no issues with it running slow or having to restart it, things like that. As for editing videos, I'm not sure. I have only edited photos. I would just make sure the apps you want to use are compatible.

• A:Answer The one that comes with unit. Like almost laptops/chromebooks the power supply is universal - 110 to 240 volts. If traveling internationally all you need is a plug adapter. The adapter handles the voltage differences.

• A:Answer I would check with the college before buying. There are too many variables and potential software requirements to really answer your question. For instance, my daughters college required not just Apple products but specific Apple products. This chromebook will do basic Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. It has limited graphics capability and memory. Be very careful what you buy If the college uses online textbooks.
