Yes, but it doesn't have a built in CD drive. You will need to either get the download version or get an external CD drive to install Turbotax from a CD.

This laptop doesn't have a CD or DVD drive, so if you are using a CD version of turbo tax, then no. But if you are downloading turbo tax off the internet to use, then I imagine it would work just fine.
