Is this new or a refurb? null

according to the listing it had better be new. Best Buy could get in a lot of trouble if they don't include the previously owned or refurbished in the main listing. If you search for refurbished or previously owned you will see others that have that listed in the main listing line.

This laptop is refurbished and has a 90 day warranty that comes with it.

I ask the girl who sold it to me and we review the box and what came up on the register. It was all good , new PC did not see any signs of being refurbed

Mine is new. If sold as a refurbished, it must state so. This is a 10th generation i7 processor. These just came out. You can go to settings and check what is exactly on your machine.
