“Is Windows Ink pre-installed or does it need be purchased separately?”

• Windows Ink is already installed, it's built into Windows 10. A pen/stylus is not included with this laptop however and will need to be purchased separately.

• I simply synced my pen and computer with Bluetooth and started to use it.
