- Answer Yes, this model has full Active Pen support. You will need to purchase the one that Dell produces. It is a very nice stylus (the newest one that is black and silver, not the old one). It is sold for a reasonable price and I will be buying one soon.

QuestionIs this model supposed to have a built in stylus?I purchased this model, looking forward to the built-in stylus I had read about in various reviews/specs online....brought it home, got it all set up...only to realize there is no stylus! Is this Best Buy Exclusive not built with one, or is my particular unit some kind of weird manufacturing mistake?

- Answer From my understanding of this product, it lacks a built-in stylus. Dell makes two inspiron 7000 2 in 1 13 inch laptops. One is just the regular and older model including a built-in stylus, but this model is the special edition, and a newer model and laxks a built-in stylus

QuestionAnyone else have problems with the brightness/blurryness of wordsThe words, for instance if I'm on the internet will go in and out of focus randomly, it's not near as HD as I thought it would be. My iphone 5 has better picture quality. Also when I turn on the computer it's nice and bright and then slowly dims but says it is on the highest brightness.

- Answer You are probably set on adaptive lighting, and that will change based on the lighting where you are. Since the IPhone 5s has 326 dpi, and the 6 plus has 401 dpi, and the Dell has between 220 and 240 dpi, your concern is an unfair, yet obvious conclusion. You might consider comparing the Samsung Tab S with your iPhone, and you'll start to complain about your iPhone.

- Answer This Dell should be able to run any of these programs with its processing power and RAM, but I would recommend getting a laptop with a solid state HDD and just use an external HDD for external storage.

QuestionCan someone help fix my keyboardWhen I press shift 2, the " symbol appears, but its supposed to be the @ symbol when I press shift ', the @ symbol appears, but its supposed to be the " symbol when I press shift 3, the £ symbol appears, but the number sign is supposed to appear every other key works fine, and so does the touchscreen keyboard but its just the physical one that doesn't work for these keys. Extremely annoying when I'm trying to write a paper

QuestionIs this device able to run games such as Team Fortress 2 and Skyrim?I've been looking for a laptop to run games like Skyrim and Team Fortress 2 with little to no lag while playing. The reviews on this device seem to be good all around. But, I have not been able to find a review saying that this device is able to run games like Skyrim and TF2.

- Answer No, you cannot upgrade the RAM on this laptop. There is only one RAM slot, so the installed 8 GB is the max you can have.

QuestionIs the graphics card compatible with AutoCAD softwareI saw in previous questions that the graphics card could handle gaming and schoolwork. Would the graphics card be able to support AutoCAD or other higher graphics software? Also, the Dell latitude 2-1 touchscreen is rather top-heavy. Has anyone found that to be the case with the Inspiron?

- Answer The graphics are decent (integrated Intel), but not super powerful. Heavy graphics use results in getting pretty hot, but short periods of heavy graphics use is okay. It's not top heavy, even after I replaced the heavy hard drive with a lighter weight SSD.

- Answer yes with this laptop u can upgrade the drive from sata to ssd drive. be aware most of the time you might gain speed but loose storage spaceSSd drives are very expensive and in progress in storage has been very slow mainly I feel due to the cost.

- Answer The track pad is supposed to click when you depress it. Not sure what you mean by loose, though. It's not fixed... It clicks like a button on a spring.
